PJS serves as the poker player’s single source for information about Poker Tournaments, including structures, times,
dates, buy-ins, locations, and other essential facts. Both competitive poker players and weekend warriors can find
everything they need to know at Poker JetSetter.com. PJS also provides valuable tools for recording a player’s wins
and losses as well as playing strategies.
PJS turns what was once a time-consuming and frustrating process—finding out about Poker Tournaments—into a fast, efficient way to find the best-suited Poker Tournament for every player’s skill level, time and money.

As a condition of your use of the PJS website, you agree that (1) you are at least 18 years of age or older; (2) When using online tournament registration, where available, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with state and federal
policy regarding gaming ages and applicable taxes and laws. PJS is not responsible for your compliance. Minimum
gaming age can be viewed on PJS website under casino information; (3) You will use this website in accordance with this
agreement; (4) By using or visiting this site, you are accepting our hereinafter stated Terms of Use.
Copyright Policy
The content and information on this website, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information,
is proprietary to PJS or its member casinos. You agree that anything and everything that is contained on this site is the
sole ownership of PJS or its member casinos and hereby agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from or through this website.
Player Membership
Player membership is available free of charge, and does not have an expiration date. Player membership shall remain
active for as long as the player member is in compliance with the policies and terms of the service provided herein.
Casino Membership
Casino membership is available at an annual or monthly subscription rate. The length and termination of membership is defined by the the membership agreement set forth by the contracting member casino and PJS.
Privacy
At Poker Jetsetter (PJS), we respect the privacy of our users and the importance of the information you entrust to us. Following is a summary of the information we collect from you and how it will be used.
PJS collects personal information when you provide it to us during the membership enrollment and tournament registration process. Your information will not be sold to outside parties. Your information will be provided to an outside party only when you register for a poker tournament. At this time, your name, mailing address, email address and other necessary
identifying information will be provided to the reserving casino to entroll you in a tournament.
PJS will use the email address you provide during the membership enrollment process to notify you regarding tournaments. Notifications will not be sent without your prior approval. Notification settings are maintained in your user profile where you
can amend them at any time. In addition, the email address on your account will be used for confirmation emails regarding tournament registration and/or account administrative needs such as a forgotten password on your PJS account or
account renewals.
PJS may also collect your computer IP address and assign one or more cookies to your computer which may collect information to facilitate access to the PJS website. PJS will not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the legal gambling age as dictated by state law in Unites States of America.
Reservation Policy
We want your tournament registration experience to be easy and efficient. Please read these terms which will apply to your online tournament registrations through PJS.
Who You Are Buying From
PJI acts only as the reservation agent for the casinos. When you register for a seat in a tournament, PJS will handle the transaction and collect payment for the Casinos. Tournament reservations cannot be sold or exchanged with another individual. Any changes to an existing reservation need to be made with the reserving casino.
Reservation Pricing and Availability
PJS reserves tournament seats on behalf of casinos, which means that PJS does not set the reservation price. The reservation price is set by the hosting casino. PJS’s charges, to the player members, the following on-line registration
fees: a credit card processing fee of 4% of the total Buy In amount, as well as a convenience fee of $3.50 per transaction. PJS has the right to raise fees, at any time. PJS has a limited number of tournament seats available for online reservation. Once the maximum number of seats for PJS is sold, the tournament will show as unavailable for registration on the PJS website. The number of reservations available is determined by the host casino. Once that maximum number of seats
has been sold by PJS, you will need to go through other normal tournament registration processes. Online reservations for tournaments on the PJS website close 72 business hours prior to a tournament. After that time, the tournament will show
as unavailable for online reservation through the PJS website.
Confirmation
Once you have registered online you will receive a registration confirmation. You must print this confirmation and take it
with you the day of the tournament along with valid identification and the credit card used to make the reservation. If you
do not receive a registration confirmation email after submitting the payment information, or if you experience any issues while submitting payment, it is your responsibility to confirm with the PJS Customer Service Department whether or not
your registration was received. Only you are aware of any problems that may occur during the registration process. PJS
is not responsible for losses, monetary or otherwise, if you fail to confirm any of your valid registrations.
Billing Information Verification
Registrations are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a registration that can delay your processing. In these cases, PJS Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided in your account profile in order to
expedite your request.
Make it a point to frequently visit My Account to assure your personal information is correct. This will let us help you.

Payment Methods
PJI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Currency
All reservation prices for tournaments that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellation
When you cancel a tournament reservation that you registered for through the PJS website, the cancellation will remove
the tournament from your Calendar, List View, and Bankroll. It does not, however, cancel your reservation at the
participating casino or automate a refund. Please see Refund Policy below.
What's the Deal? ... Your deal is with the casinos. PJS is just the reservation agent acting on behalf of the casino. The casino sets the price and collects your registration fees. When you register for a poker tournament online through us, we
will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Casino. In the unlikely instance that a casino cancels an
event, the casino takes full responsibility to notify all registered players and return registration fees according to the casinos policy.
Refunds
Refunds for online reservations will be done through the hosting casinos only. Poker JetSetter does not provide any type of refund service. PJS is strictly a pass through agent and does not hold your registration fees. Therefore, we do not have the ability to offer a return of funds.
